On Eid Al-Fitr 2023, at Alya’s sibling’s home, our paths crossed for the very first time. Riki, a friend of Alya’s older sibling, came into her life as someone she never expected would one day hold such a special place in her heart. Amidst the warmth of family, festive celebrations, and simple conversations, destiny quietly began writing our story.

As time passed, we found ourselves getting closer. In September 2023, we celebrated a birthday together, sharing laughter and creating memories that would become the foundation of something beautiful. “Some feelings do not arrive with grand gestures. By the end of 2023, we decided to begin a relationship. Two hearts, each carrying their own dreams and stories, chose to walk through life side by side. Along the way, we learned that love is not only about the happiness of being together. It is also about understanding, protecting, and respecting each other through every season of life. With that understanding, Riki chose patience. He did not simply wait for an answer; he gave Alya the time and space she needed to grow, to prepare, and to find the courage to take that lifelong step. “True love does not rush the heart.
